HexSales provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that connects to WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram via the Meta Cloud API to converse with leads, qualify them, pitch offers, collect orders, and schedule follow-ups on behalf of subscribing businesses ("Customers").
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of business information provided, for complying with Meta's platform policies and applicable messaging/marketing laws (e.g. opt-in consent for WhatsApp messaging), and for safeguarding their account credentials.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe according to the plan selected. A 14-day free trial is offered on new subscriptions; charges begin automatically after the trial unless cancelled. Plans may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing.
Customers may not use HexSales to send unsolicited spam, to message recipients without proper consent, or to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct via any connected messaging channel.
HexSales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party API outages (Meta, OpenAI, Stripe), or AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected messaging platforms. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
